St. John U.S. Virgin Islands

Yesterday and today we sailed in the U.S. Virgin Islands.  We start each day with school and our books.  Then we do hands on drills. The days fly by and there is so much to learn!!   The sails are huge and a little intimidating for me.  At night we had a delicious dinner on board, listened to good music and had some wine.  Everyone on board is very nice, the captain Dick is a great patient instructor and Gail is a great cook.

We are in St Thomas on our catamaran to get certified to sail!! The boat is beautiful!  The captain is the instructor and his wife is the chef.  They are very nice and another couple is taking the class also nice.  We are sleeping at the dock in the marina. On way out to eat.
